Over the past 14 years, the PKSF-supported Enrich Program has significantly contributed to Bangladesh’s socio-economic development. In response to growing demand and impactful outcomes, especially in adolescent and elderly welfare, the program was restructured to integrate:

         1- Adolescent Development (since 2019)

         2- Elderly Welfare Initiatives (since 2016)

This integrated approach ensures sustainability and expands the reach to more communities through partner organizations.

Core Activities:

The program focuses on six integrated components:

2. Educational Support

3. Adolescent Development

4. Youth Engagement for Development

5. Elderly Welfare

6. Sports & Cultural Activities

Goals & Objectives:

1-Enhance human capacity through structured platforms: Adolescents, Youth, and Elderly.

2-Inspire community-led volunteer and public service initiatives at the grassroots level.

3-Empower members via volunteer clubs under the three platforms.

4-Promote community engagement and coordination with local administration for sustainable development.
