Under the Rural Micro enterprise Transformation Project (RMTP), in collaboration with Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation - PKSF,Grameen Jano Unnayan Sangstha - GJUSG,@The Coastal Vet Society Bangladesh (CVS) Bangladesh organized a nationwide extension workshop on buffalo, goat and sheep AI (AI).
PKSF Senior General Manager Islam Akond (Dr. Akand Md. Rafiqul Islam) inaugurated the workshop. Patuakhali Science and Technology University Treasurer Professor Mohammad Ali was the chief guest, Barisal Division of Livestock Directorate Deputy Director Dr. Nurul Alam,president The Coastal Vet Society, Deputy Director of Barishal District Artificial Insemination Center Nasir Uddin Ahmed Dr. Nasiruddin Ahmed and Zakir Mohin (Zakir Hossain Mohin) Executive Director of GJUS, was the special guest.
In the workshop keynote presenter D Biswas Prof. Dr.Dibyendu Biswas, Department of Medicine ,Surgery and Obstetrics, Presented his presentation. The Program Conducted byProf. Dr. Ashit Kumar Paul , Department of Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics.
From GJUS, Advocacy and Program Director Advocate Beathy Islam was present and RMTP project officials participated in the workshop .More than 50 veterinary doctors(Including ULO,VS,LEO, and University Professors), 10 artificial insemination workers(Govt. Brac,ACI & Lal Teer) , 10 farmers(Buffalo,Goat & Sheep) were discussed their valuable speech about the development of AI in the workshop.
